Advise & Support

Know What!  I just like to Help. My wife always insists I give too much away for nothing ... but, That's Me.  I don't mind helping out, by answering questions on the phone or giving you my best advise.

Technical Support is a bit harder.  I try to fix your PC problem if I can and I'm good at it since I've done it for a long time over the phone, but often it's really hard to troubleshoot.  I'll try, but it might require a visit.  There is a way that I can remotely access you PC.  At your initiation, you allow me access to you PC.   This works great if we set it up in advance.

My Technical Support rate is $25/hr (friends & family) when I'm onsite or correcting something via remote access.  I frequently don't charge anything for phone consultation and I don't like to charge, if I don't fine a solution or correct your PC problem.

I like Giving Advise (on Anything!)
